How can I cancel the service?
You can cancel our service in your profile by clcking to "Delete account" (link lehet itt is). Your subsrciption will automatically renew for the next 30 days unless you cancel it before the expiration date.

Your subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of payment and it will renew automatically unless you cancel it 5 days before the expiration date.

In order to suscribe simply click on "Start for free" button, and register. You have the option to select one of the paid plans, but there is no need to do so right now. Create an account under the Free Plan and try Smuc. We guarantee you'd love it!
You may choose that you want to record your stream or not while setting up the stream on the dashboard. You can reach the recorded video if you press the "Embed recording" button. In this case, you cannot stream live, you may embed the video along with the product list to your site.
Several people can log in to Smuc profile at the same time (e.g. someone is presenting while the other person is moderating the chat, etc.), BUT only with the same login details. So in this case, you have to provide your login details to those people who would use the service in parallel.
The mobile app can be downloaded from Google Play Store for Android and from the App Store for iOS. You can create your broadcast and then stream live from your phone by using the app.
The limit can be exceeded only if you enabled it when you created the broadcast. In this case, you have to pay for each user that exceeds the number of free viewers specified in your plan you have chosen. This amount will appear in your Smuc profile and will be billed montly.
When you create the broadcast, you can insert the YouTube and Facebook URL to the fields provided for that. When you start streaming, the live broadcast appears on your website as well as on your YouTube and Facebook channels. Please note that the product list and the chat will not appear on these interfaces.
